If you’ve ever enjoyed a posh, multi-course dinner and wondered what goes on behind the scenes to make all the delicious magic happen—or even wanted to try your hand at whipping up a gourmet meal yourself—now’s your chance. To celebrate 10k followers on our Facebook Page, we’re giving away a cooking class with chef Alessandro Angelini and a dinner for two at Kowloon Shangri-La’s stylish Angelini restaurant, which boasts delicious authentic Italian cuisine and breathtaking views of Hong Kong’s skyline!

The winner and their guest will be treated to a full day of gastronomic goodness: you’ll be welcomed with an array of afternoon snacks served with coffee or tea, followed by a hands-on demonstration and instructive class on three of the restaurant’s specialities:
– Ravioli pasta filled with mascarpone cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach and sage
– Black ink cappelletti pasta filled with prawns, sea scallops, clams and asparagus sauce
– Chitarrine pasta in Amatriciana style
After the class, you’ll be presented with a certificate that verifies your new culinary knowledge, and you’ll sit down to enjoy a sumptuous, five-course meal. An apt reward after all your hard work in the kitchen.
